Good general condition. One restoration done on a jamb shown on pictures. Some chips in the decor. One former crack in the enamel of the shelf.
This marvellous antique Art Nouveau fireplace was made circa 1900 out of stoneware by Emile Müller. The decor of poppy flowers and foliage is made of a red enamel, which stands out against the blue background.
Each piece of this fireplace is marked "Emile Müller Ivry Paris." The "E. Müller" signature is also present in the decor.
The model of this fireplace is by architect Charles Genuys.
