In good condition.

This cast iron fireback was made in the 19th century. Several elements refers to the allegory of wine and drunkenness. Silenus is held up by two satyrs. He is the instructor of young Dionysus, the god of wine in roman mythology. He is also a satyr and belongs to the Dionysian procession.
A large garland of grape vine is topping this groupe of personnages.
