This beautiful Neo-Gothic style pair of double doors in walnut was made in the 19th century. The doors are decorated with finely carved decorations characteristic of the Neo-Gothic style, such as the flying chimeras, and whose richness and variety are notable.
Fancy coat of arms decorate the upper parts: while a creature with a lion head and a fish body surmounted by a warrior bust are on two of the four doors, a cross and a bust of a bull adorn the two others. Lancets, a typical element of Gothic architecture especially in churches and cathedrals, take up the center of the leaves and end with monstrous creatures. In the lower part, monsters with large claws, devil heads and winged faces of putti constitute the Gothic repertoire used. The mullions are composed of a column on which sits at the top two characters playing guitar.
The back of the large double door is Neo-Gothic while the back of the small double door is only paneled.
