This mantel was sculpted in wood at the end of the 18th century.
Its curved shape shows quite a sober decoration composed of a small shell on the center of the entablature, motif that we also find on the upper corner of the jambs.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor floor but could be made to order (please ask for availability).
