This Louis XV period mantel was made of stone in the 18th century.
The paneled and filleted console jambs support the carved and fretworked entablature at the center of a beautiful shell framed with garlands of flowers.
The stone sides will be replaced.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor but could be made to order (please ask for stone availability).
