This antique Regence style fireplace in Montmeyan Breccia marble was made in the 19th century. The marble colors as well as its veins add liveliness and movement to this fireplace. The console-feet support a curved frieze adorned in its center with a large shell. Carved panels along the jambs and the frieze liven up the whole.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert and with its marble floor.
