This small furniture in the style of Japan, was made in the late 19th century.
The upper part opens with a door on which is inserted a carved wooden panel of Japanese manufacture, representing a tanuki (spirit of the forest) and a frog.
The lower part, framed by two pilasters, is decorated with a Japanese screen panel representing a stork on a branch, lit by a crescent moon.
