The double window features a woman dressed in the fashion of the 19th century, resting on a bench next to a greyhound and an ornamental pond.
The glass window follows the techniques of enameled glass and acid-etching.
Hubert and Martineau were Parisian glass painters and stained glass manufacturer in the last quarter of the 19th century. They realized the superb decor of the Fermette Marbeuf, a restaurant located on the corner of Rue Boccador and Rue Marbeuf in Paris. They also realized in 1891 - 1893, the stained glass of the Saint-Rémi church of Draveil, Essonne.
