This stained-glass was made circa 1925 and is in keeping with the trend of Japonisme that starts in the end of the 19th century.
We can see represented here, four women dressed with kimonos, traditional Japanese outfit, placed in front of a pagoda and under a bamboo branches on which is standing an exotic bird. The vivid colors of their kimonos come to contrast with the monoshade of the background.
Three of the women are sat on their knees and are playing traditional music instruments. The fourth one is standing newt to them, with her kimono slightly open, letting us see the beginning of her naked body, she seems to be dancing, holding in one of her hand a fan.
