This beautiful oval beveled mirror, made in the late 19th century, is framed with a very rich Louis XVI decoration of gilt wood and stucco.
The abundant decoration is composed of a frame adorned with a oak leaves and pearls friezes, surmounted by a vase holding a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Laurel branches and garlands are escaping, falling on each sides of the mirror. We also find the same garlands on the lower part of the frame.
