Imposing stone mantel from the second half of the reign of Louis XIV (circa 1690). Standing on powerful jambs that expand as they rise. The entablature presents curves that are reminiscent of the shape of a crossbow. The stone is a semi-hard white stone from Burgundy. Louis XIV style .
