This fireplace is rather exceptional. It was made during the 19th century out of Grand Antique marble which is one of the most sought after marbles in the world. In the Louis XIV style, this fireplace features a mantled enhanced with a traditional boudin molding. The cast iron insert is rather sophisticated. The decor is made out of silver. The monogram "W" can be found on the fireplace.
This fireplace is sold with its original silvered cast iron insert but without any marble floor.
