Very beautiful antique Louis XVI style fireplace sculpted in Breche Medici marble. The work of sculpture is of an extreme quality: so the banner is decorated with interlaced boughs of laurel whereas feet with rolling-ups are furnished with leaves of acanthus. The marble Breach Medici is an extremely rare marble from Italy.
This fireplace is sold with an antique cast iron insert from the 19th century. This fireplace is sold without marble floor but this one can be made on order.
