An antique fireback dated 1716 to the wedding coat of arms of Francois Des Salles, Marquis of Bulgneville, Count of Rorté, captain of the bodyguards of His Royal Highness the Duke of Lorraine, Counselor of State in all the Councils, Grand Bailiff of Pont-à-Mousson and Catherine Louise de Ficquelmont, married on 10 July 1703.
The Des Salles family owned the forgings of Fontenoy and Passavant around 1710.
