This very beautiful Neo-Renaissance style fire screen was made out of gilde bronze during the 19th century. The perforated decoration is very elegant and includes chimeras and grotesques, as well as satyr masks which are placed on a decor of vegetal with cornucopias. A large satyr mask is placed on the top of this antique fire screen. The feet are claw feet.
